So today is Easter. Along with everything else, it’s a little different this year. Although, I’m not sure how we would be spending it. My family hadn’t made Easter plans yet before we all locked ourselves indoors about a month ago.
I had planned to ask my mom what she was going to do, but by the time I remembered to ask, it was clear there wouldn’t be any Easter plans. We’d all be celebrating alone with our isolation partners.
Even if we’re not doing much today, that doesn’t mean we can’t look back at celebrations of the past. Two years ago, I celebrated with what then seemed like a small group, only 10. I made a lamb cake.

Happy Easter!

It has been a strange one! I did a little Easter egg hunt around the house for my boys and we video-called a few friends.
I love your lamb cake! Stay safe x
We had quite a nice Easter Sunday in the end. I hid some chocolate eggs and bunnies in our garden for the children to find, we watched a movie together (Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory), and we made some Easter decorations. Your lamb cake looks delicious!
No it didn’t feel like Easter to me either. Hope you have a good day. #MMBC
It has been a strange Easter. If it wasn’t for the Easter eggs it wouldn’t have felt like it at all.
That lamb cake looks fab! x
